Work
Every product has a story. My job is turning it into launches, enablement and pipeline. Open one.
I lead product marketing across public sector, healthcare and customer experience for the UK's survey platform. I take products from market research and positioning through launch, sales enablement and pipeline.
- Launched SmartCE, SmartSurvey's citizen engagement product for the public sector. Researched the market, ideal customer profiles and personas before building the positioning, messaging and go-to-market campaign.
- Led launches for Patient Experience and Friends and Family Test products in healthcare, translating sector and product research into demos, documents, campaign assets, sales tools and web pages.
- Partnered with product, design and marketing to launch AutoCategorise, an AI thematic-analysis feature, supported by a walkthrough, interactive demo and ROI calculator.
- Moved new products from idea to market alongside the product team in a few months, then built the campaign and funnel around them. Direct outreach and campaigns generated £250,000 of pipeline.
- Run the user migration programme targeting £1.2 million in revenue uplift, and lead product events with audiences averaging 500.
- Own SmartSurvey's presence at DigiGov, bringing the public-sector story to buyers in 2025 and 2026.

I joined Invevo as its first marketer, ran the department alone, then hired a marketer and designer. In four months I went from first hire to Head of Marketing, building the function as the product evolved.
- Built the foundations across brand, product marketing and go-to-market: positioning, messaging, launch practice, sales enablement and the operating rhythm behind them.
- Worked with the founders to sharpen Invevo's position and turn their point of view into a consistent market narrative.
- Created an agile go-to-market process that moved work from idea to live campaign quickly, with product, sales and service delivery involved from the start.
- Made the events feel like the company. At SSOW, a media wall and neon sign replaced the standard booth, while two talks took customer proof to more than 100 shared-services leaders.
- Built repeatable proof around the product through webinars, customer stories and an e-book distributed through Invevo's CICM partnership.
Agency work gave me range. Studio work gave me pace. Both made the deadline real.
- Ran marketing communications at KLTaylor for the Florida Society of Health-System Pharmacists, including helping host its 55th Annual Meeting in Orlando.
- Designed the marketing systems behind the client work and directed SEO across three accounts: rankings up, organic traffic up.
- Worked on brand and content strategy at Studio68 for the Stretford Paddock YouTube channel, which reached 400.5K subscribers within a year of launch.
- Learned to switch mediums without losing the story: copy, video, design and distribution all had to point the same way.
